In the post pandemic world, "Digital Transformation" is no longer a set of new initiatives, but is now a critical imperative for organizations to be able to compete and succeed. In a study published after the first year of the pandemic, a McKinsey global survwey estimated that the pandemic accelerated the digitalization of products and services by nearly 7 years.
